Digital Soul context was reset because the active project changed.
Lens shows no error code on screen for this message; E-DIGITAL-SOUL-CONTEXT-RESET is this documentation's name for it. Quote it when you contact the Lens team.
What happened
Digital Soul does not run the action, and shows this message:
Digital Soul context was reset because the active project changed.
Likely cause
You switched to another project. This is expected.
The Digital Soul panel is bound to the active project. When you switch or close the project, the panel resets its current card, banners, any query in progress and the History window, and collapses. A safety check refuses to run an action when the panel's project differs from the one now open, and a late result from the previous project is discarded rather than shown.
Fix
Run the action again in the project that is now open. The panel collapses to a thin rail when it resets: click the ◀ chevron on the right edge to open it.
If that does not work
- In the main window, the panel appears only on the Timing Review tab, once a project is open.
- To see a card from the previous project, open History and choose All Digital Soul. This View shows only rows for this view and the active project.
If none of this helps, contact the Lens team through the channel you were given with your access to Lens, quote E-DIGITAL-SOUL-CONTEXT-RESET, and include what the screen said.
